Donetta Wolfe came to work at the Kentucky Physicians Health Foundation in April of 2008 as Clinical Assistant. She has a number of years experience working in the medical field, including 15 years as a nurse employed by a large family practice office.
Donetta’s duties require sitting in on evaluations with the Foundation Medical Director to document the session and handle any needed follow up. She reviews the monthly AA reports from all active participants in the program for compliance with their Foundation contract. She also participates in Treatment Team calls pertaining to physicians in residential treatment. Donetta is responsible for tracking attendance to the Morton Center and attends all Treatment Team meetings to discuss client participation in therapy, both in a group setting and individual sessions. She documents all medical procedures and medications prescribed to ensure all documentation is received and recorded. She handles all issues dealing with the Kentucky Board of Licensure to include attending all Board meetings, gathering all documentation required for presentation of Foundation cases, as well as assisting the Medical Director in preparation for those meetings.
Donetta is a native of Louisville. She is married with 2 children and one grandchild. Her hobbies include DIY restoration projects and attending sporting events with her family.
